Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below, ensuring it meets all your needs.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered for all orders.

  • A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all Canadian and U.S. orders.

  • Returns labels are not provided for International orders. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Non Refundables:
-Customized or Personalized orders are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
-Gift cards are Final Sale.
-All Halloween Costumes are Final Sale.
-Undergarments and Swimwears are Final Sale
- The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Price Matching Policy
Please note that we do not offer price matching on special sales, this includes Black Friday, Boxing Day and Flash sales. All promotional pricing is exclusive to the specific sale event and cannot be matched to previous or future prices.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@littlegoodhumans.com with your order number to receive a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges:
To ensure you receive the correct item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
