Everything is made to order. Our processing time is 7-12 business days prior to Shipping.

For the US: 3-7 Business days for shipping
For Canada: 3-10 business days for the shipment to arrive.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
-Customized or Personalized orders are Final Sale and not eligible for return. Gift cards are Final Sale.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
To ensure you receive the correct item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
